Strictly's Dianne Buswell wears super colourful gym outfit

Immediately recognisable for her iconic bright red hair, Dianne Buswell is well known for her love of colour. And unsurprisingly, this extends to her wardrobe, as evidenced in her latest Instagram post.

Taking to the social media platform, the Strictly pro shared a photo dump of ten images showing what she'd been up to lately. She aptly captioned the pics "📸💩". And it was the sixth photo in the carousel that really caught our attention thanks to Di's super colourful outfit.

Wearing a baby pink zipped sports jacket with a matching sports bra that could just be seen underneath, she opted for vivid scarlet red leggings that coincidentally were the same colour as her famous mane. I mean, why not match your leggings to your hair colour? White ribbed sports socks worn high up her calves and grey trainers completed the 'fit, and Dianne added a pair of coordinating red headphones around her neck.

The dancer is the latest star to be seen sporting vibrant workout wear. Eva Longoria also opted for pink, when she shared an Insta story of her workout earlier this week. And similarly, Alessandra Ambrosio chose another pastel shade, wearing a lilac sports bra for a boxing sesh.

Red and pink have become popular colour pairings in recent years, with the clashing tones creating a bold and eye-catching look. It certainly is the definition of dopamine dressing and we are here for it. Trust us when we say there's no better way to cheer yourself up on a dreary grey day, and cute gymwear is a great source of fitspo too.

Good news if you want to follow Dianne's lead as we think we've found her exact leggings. The ruched drawstring waist is a fairly unique detail, not to mention super fashion-forward, so we're fairly confident Di's are from Victoria's Secret.
