I never want to go to the gym after trying a workout set featured on This Morning
With a price tag just over £100 I was quite apprehensive but it's really changed up my workout routines
Gymproluxe is one of the UK's leading providers of premium, yet affordable resistance training equipment for at-home and on-the-go. It is something so simple to use, that even somebody like me (who is a complete novice with home gym equipment) can use it efficiently with no help needed to set it up.
The brand has just launched their latest industry leading products, the Gymproluxe Band & Bar Set 2.0 and the Gymproluxe All-In-One Portable Gym- with both products set to help users get fit in the new year.
Featuring Gymproluxe's signature variable resistance bands made from high quality, natural layered latex, far more powerful than other resistance bands available on the market and designed to handle up to 265 pounds of force.

The premium, yet affordable products will enable those of all abilities to achieve a highly efficient, gym quality, full-body workout, anytime, anywhere.
I particularly like how simple the equipment is to use and it is already making a huge difference to my physical health. With struggling to get out to the gym some days, it's been so handy to use and filled the gaps in the weeks where I needed physical activity in the comfort of my own home.
GymPro Luxe even featured on This Morning this week, where they shown viewers the best fitness gadgets of 2023.
I have used the home gym every day for nearly a week and I know that I will continue to use it between gym visits and school runs. I have really got stuck into experiementing all the different ways to workout using it (you can use the restistance and bar for over 100 workouts)- and it's versatility is something I really enjoy. I've been able to mimic a bench press, focus on strengthening my arms and using the bar to maximise my strength and use heavier weights- all in a week!
You can simply stand on the band too and use the resistance bands that way- see below.
Also, my partner works nights and has found that while he sometimes struggles to get up and have motivation to head to the gym- the Gym Pro Luxe has been essential for him to fit into quite a small time frame once rested between work shifts.
It's not such an expensive product in comparison to other brands and forms of home workout tools- and comes in at just £109.95 (their website also offers payment plans for customers including Klarna and Clearpay to split the cost).
Gymproluxe founder Ben Gulliver, 22, explains: "99% of resistance bands can't handle a heavy amount of force as they’re made from a petroleum-based material, and so will simply snap."
Gulliver adds: "We wanted to create a product to solve that, at the same time providing consumers with workout equipment that simply does more, and provides a convenient, portable solution to better conventional in-gym equipment options which are often heavy, bulky and expensive."
